I started B.E.A.S.T. Performance because i had a strong passion to help others succeed in their overall health and fitness journey. I started small by myself and realized that I could do much more with others by my side (they can offer ideas and reach a much larger crowd than me doing it solo). I then decided to branch out and get my own studio. I work along side some great individuals and would Love to have you come be a part of the family as a instructor or a strong willed person looking to take their health and fitness to the next level.

I have always had a passion for fitness ever since i was 14yrs old me and my sister would come home from school pop in our mixed tape (yes i just said tape.. lol) and do our daily workout. I joined the military and kept that discipline going and was put in charge of instructing some of my shipmates workout routines. Once i got out of the Navy i dabbled around in various jobs and came to the realization that the one true thing that has Always made me happy is helping others improve themselves. I then became a personal trainer and the rest is history (in the making).
