Opened in August 2014. The second concept from the creators of Takito Kitchen (Wicker Park) and Takito Street (Lincoln Park). Mario Ponce (owner) says "we opened when no one was around; we could hear crickets." Today, Bar Takito anchors the West Loop & Fulton Market District successfully serving thousands with its innovative concept dining room (nothing like it), incredibly delicious food & drinks, served by a friendly & knowledgeable staff. Importantly, it's crazy affordable (given the high rent district). Enjoy. Reservations are highly suggested.
