In 2017 the company started offering video estimates as a new way of providing accurate quotes for the customers. The company also implement online tools for easy booking and automated pricing.
In 2016 the company's management came to the conclusion that the firm had grown sufficiently to alter its primary target market from the residential moves segment to the office and business relocation segment.
