For the last 19 years I have assisted my clients with their well-being.

I'm fortunate to have been mentored and coached by some of the World's Leading Edge Experts, Authors, and Spiritual Masters, for Personal Development, Mindfulness, Manifesting and Spiritual Awareness.

As well as 15 years in the corporate world: Training Consultant, Workshop Facilitator
and Coach. Working for companies including Siemens Plc, Sony.

The knowledge and experience I have gained has given me the skills and expertise needed
to provide you with the best possible support and guidance.

I have overcome many challenges, including bullying, self esteem, anxiety and depression.
