About the Business

Chef Zach Lutton has been passionate about cooking from a very young age. He worked in kitchens while attending school for pre-med. It became apparent to him during this time that food was an integral part of health and positive medical outcomes. Also, it tasted good. Chef Zach decided to shift gears and pursue his culinary passions full-time, attending school at the renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. After graduation, Chef Zach came home to San Antonio, and Zedric's Fit w/Flavor was born!
