Founded in 2006, Z Studio was purchased by Beau Barbee in 2010. In 2015, the salon moved to the heart of Brookside, In 2017, a second location opened at 89th & Yale.

Z Studio is nationally recognized, winning awards from local and industry publications, including Salon Today's prestigious ST200, which recognizes the top 200 salons in the US.

Stylists are placed within our pricing system based on the demand of their time. As a result, we're able to provide you options matched to your budget, while providing a career path of growth and achievement for our team.

Our entire team participates in aggressive education. When artists join our team, they receive in-depth training as a part of our vision to provide guests with the best possible "Art of Hair" experience.
