David sim and co-founder, Steven Lim, with their like-minds envisioned to bring Korean Chinese cuisine to the Vegas valley and to ensure that famous traditional dishes like Jjajangmyeon or Tangsukyuk would be recreated authentically for everyone to enjoy.

The atmosphere designed by Jinwoo Hwang is undoubtedly remarkable. YuXiang is truly a dining atmosphere design milestone even more so than previous restaurants designed by Jinwoo, such as Soyo, Oyshi, Goong, and more.

With food, the goal was to serve authenticity at the best possible reasonable price point.

With design, every detail was aimed to be a natural extension to the food and cuisine.

I was born in Korea and raised in NYC. When I first came to Las Vegas I always wanted to open Korean Restaurant to introduce many good Korean dishes. Korean Chinese Cuisine is dishes that invented in South Korea by immigrants from China. Now its most popular food in Korea and you can find one almost every corner. I want to serve Korean noodles to Americans and show them there are good noodles in Korean Food.
