About the Business

Yobox is the product of being stuck at home during the pandemic, our creator, obsessed with Yoga, and her fiancée, a personal trainer, and boxing coach for 20 years.

She convinced him after weeks of negotiation to teach him Yoga and they start mixing it with their daily boxing routine.

After a 12 weeks program, the results were amazing!

No more chronic pain, mobility increased dramatically, as well as speed and endurance...Yobox came to life when the world was at a stop as a necessity for our creator to keep moving.

Yobox is an experience, you will see it as soon as you enter our classroom, night club will probably be the first word that comes to your mind when you enter then "spacious".

Then you will see the Water Boxing Bags, the black Turf, Speed Bags, Squat cage, Deadlift platform, dumbbells, Kettlebells,... Yobox's classes are designed to hit every component of fitness. Mobility, Speed, Endurance, Strength,...One workout to rule them all!
