About the Business

Partners Grant Turner and Dan Lau decided to open a place where people could get a affordable pint of beer and great food! After spending many years working for other establishments they decided it was time to open a place of there own. A opportunity came up in the old Hunters location in the Historic Dalton Hotel and they decided to open up a Taphouse with 40 beer taps! The Yates St Taphouse opened in Nov 2012. The philosophy behind the Taphouse is great people, non pretentious food and great beer selection!
