I was born in Turkey, and I grew up in a small village called Yenikoy, where I helped my father grow a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables on our land.I also spent many hours helping my lovely mum prepare her own special marinades from fresh ingredients. I would then help her prepare and cook
great traditional Turkish food."This is when my passion began.It has always been my dream to own my own restaurant and bring the flavours and experience of Turkey and Greece to my local area.I am a devoted ambassador of Turkish and Greek food. I have 25 years of experience in the restaurant business from waiting tables, to creating and cooking the authentic meals my mother taught me all those years ago.I am passionate in my quest to cook and deliver excellent Turkish and Greek
cuisine to my customers and i am continually striving for new ideas, recipes and ingredients to keep our menu a unique&and fine dining.
