This location was used to known as "sushi Yama", which had been opened for more than 20 years. Unfortunately, "sushi Yama" closed down last year and one of their long time regular customers, Shigekazu Tateno, decided to take over the spot. He wanted to use same name, sushi Yama , but the name was registered under the previous owner's name, so he decided to change the name of his restaurant. Shigekazu loves "sushi Yama" , so he decided to name his restaurant "Yama su

“Urgent notice! We are taking only Togo order in accordance with city order” Our house special "Yama ramen" is something you have to try. It has "tori paitan" soup, which is made of chicken & vegetables, simmered for 8 hours to be reduced to certain thickness. The soup has a full of flavor and also has "kurobuta"char siu on top. "Yama Ramen" is available only for lunch time because of the limited amount of supply. We have a very casual and friendly atmosphere and our menu covers from sushi to authentic Japanese drinking foods. Yama sushi is Japanese-owned restaurant, which is very few in the area.
