The Owner of Xscape Hair Studio is a 35 year veteran in the Hair Care industry as she prefers to call it .She was the previous owner of Wiggs Personal Touch Beauty Salon in Baltimore City for over 20 years.A very well run successful business that trained many stylist and salon owners over the years.Her passion for the business was the driving force that took her back to ownership. Her goal was to create an environment again that seem to have gotten lost over the years that catored to the wants and needs of the hard working clients that she feels deserves more respect for their time and money.Thus the opening of Xscape Hair Studio was born.

Deborah A Wiggs  graduated from Eldorado Beauty Academy in 1978.She became a Senior Cosmetologist in 1980.Became an instructor in 1985.Taught at Dudleys Beauty School in Baltimore and DCU the advance Academy in Kernersville,N.C. Her training never ceases attending and becoming a certified Tricologist at Redkin Industries. Certified and trained in color with Clairols Educator Mr. Bill Slader. Her training under some of the industries best has been extensive and continues to this day
