About the Business

Owner Chad Yarvitz began his amateur boxing career in 2007. Having a back round as a personal trainer and learning proper nutrition habits to develop himself, he quickly established a 7-1 amateur record and became a California Golden Gloves champion in 2008. Chad won his professional boxing debut in August of 2009. He took the skills learned in the ring and started Xplicit Fitness in 2010. Today he’s joined by an amazing team and Xplicit has become a fun, interactive fitness club with a growing community.

Since the beginning, we’ve taken pride in being your healthy escape from the daily grind. Our new and improved facility doubles down on that concept, with the most immersive boxing and strength training workout to date. Step 1: Warm Up Crank the music up and get moving with full body movements and our shadow boxing routine. Step 2: Boxing Training Up next, you’ll shred fat with two 2-minute rounds of boxing focusing on technique, power, rhythm, and endurance. Track your performance on your own touchscreen powered by KOUNT-!T technology. Step 3: Strength Training After that, you’ll build muscle during a five minute strength circuit using bodyweight, dumbbell, and medicine ball exercises. Step 4: Repeat Repeat steps 2 and 3 two more times for a total of six rounds of boxing and three strength circuits. At the end, you’ll get to view a summary of your boxing performance!
