Nestled into the alluring landscape of Atlanta's historic Inman Park, Wisteria has been serving up modern Southern cuisine and charm since 2001. One of the first in Atlanta to reinterpret the flavors and techniques of traditional Southern cooking, chef-owner Jason Hill offers a menu that conjures memories of Sunday suppers of fried chicken and front porch potables while creating a fresh legacy of his own.

Wisteria is located in the historic Atlanta neighborhood of Inman Park. Housed in a building nearly a century old, our intimate atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Our contemporary American cuisine incorporates a Southern twist which is sure to please every palate. Come in and enjoy Chef Jason Hill's seasonal menu featuring items such as All Natural Iron Skillet Fried Half Chicken and Molasses-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin. Celebrated perennially by Bon Appetit magazine, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Atlanta magazine and Zagat, as well as countless other publications, Wisteria's welcoming dining room and staff are as much a part of the restaurant's charm as the food. The large room, with an original brick wall, is dominated by Hill's dedication to showcasing the work of local artists (ask your server, since each piece is for sale). An adventuresome cocktail program and extensive craft beer collection dovetail beautifully with the modern twists and Southern flare of the kitchen. Wisteria also prides itself on a diverse and extensive wine list served by the restaurant's warm and knowledgeable staff. Jason Hill is the head chef and visionary of Wisteria. He began his cooking career at the tender age of 17 at the Atlanta dining institution, Pano's & Paul's. Hill is also a graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Charleston. Prior to opening Wisteria, Hill was the executive sous chef at Harvest and before that was a chef at Partners Café and Indigo Coastal Grill. Word has definitely spread throughout Atlanta as Chef Hill continues to cook up quality, contemporary American cuisine with a Southern twist.
