About the Business

Marisa Porrazzo and Michele Korman began their relationship as stylist and client in 1995. Michele was hooked on Marisa from the first blowdry and quickly became a twice weekly client. They opened The Wild Strawberry Salon in February of 2000. In November 2012, Lui and Caroline Morra, long standing master and senior stylists at TWS, joined Marisa and Michele as partners! The salon and laser clinic now employs around 18 people and has grown from the original 700 square feet to 1500 square feet. In February, 2014, we completed another update to our space in celebration of our 14th Birthday. The original mission of the salon, to provide a personal and enjoyable experience still dictates the businesses growth. Stay tuned for an ever improving experience at TWS!
