About the Business

Wild Rose Garden & Tree Service was opened in 2009 by its owner and principal arborist, Shane LePage. Shane has been studying plants for over 20 years. Before becoming an arborist, he was a log quality specialist in the coastal logging industry in British Columbia. He holds a Diploma in Ornamental Horticulture from Olds College, where he graduated with distinction. He is an ISA Certified Arborist, and a Registered Consulting Arborist (RCA#548) with the American Society of Consulting Arborists. Shane is currently studying landscape design from the University of Guelph.

In 2005, Shane co-owned a tree service in Calgary. He sold his share in the company and moved to Central Alberta in 2008. He and his family are proud to call the area their home, and Shane is committed to providing expert horticultural services to the Red Deer area for many years to come.
