Here at Wholistic Hands Chapel St Leonards, our aim is to try and alleviate the pain of debilitating conditions. Whether it through Arthritis & Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia etc. or through physical pain such as muscle tension, back pain, neck, shoulders, elbows, hands & knees. We are also here if you are suffering from stress or anxiety and need the relaxation of a massage to lower the bodies' cortisol, and boost production of serotonin, which, in turn, can improve mood. We are even here if you just want to be pampered by a soothing massage to lift your mind, body & spirit. Important information If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme. My name is Izzy and I am a professional massage therapist. Wholistic Hands is based in Chapel St leonards, Skegness. I have been awarded an International Massage Diploma, a Reflexology Diploma, an Aromatherapy Diploma also an Anatomy and Physiology Dipolma. For your peace of mind I am fully insured and I hold a current D.B.S. I was originally trained by the NHS in 1992 to massage people with muscle tightness. I have since been trained in many other types of massage from all corners of the world. I am trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Thai Foot Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and many other styles of massage. My own style of massage is a compilation of the many styles of massage that I have been trained in. I continue to study to hone my skills, learn new skills and techniques and keep up to date with the world of massage. I also am studying and qualified in many holistic health practicers.
