Chef Paul was born and raised in Thailand. After graduating with a degree in architecture, he decided to move to the United States in the year 2000 and Las Vegas was his first destination. After a few years of working in a few small Thai and Chinese kitchen, Paul decided to enroll at Le Cordon Bleu, and graduated with honor roll while working for a fine dining French restaurant "Fleur de Lys" for many of years and reached a title of Executive Chef within a very short 5 years. During this time, he became a part of the opening team of many restaurants. He helped with a cook book and TV Show for his mentor Chef Hubert Keller. Later he was joining the team of Caesar Palace, he was in charged of In Room Dining of 4000+ rooms, employee dining room serving over 5000 employees per day and 16 villas that were only available for high rollers and celebrities. After 8 years of large operation he decided to start "What's Zaap? Thai Food" as his new journey.
