About the Business

I have an inherent urge to care for all living plants and animals, I began a career in veterinary medicine as an assistant but after a few years I found I was unable to adequately cope with the loss of patients, I could not let go of the connections I was lucky enough to make with the animals I treated. Therefore I decided to channel this energy toward something I could care for that wouldn’t leave me so suddenly and that was plants. My love for the environment and the natural world was something I found could be fulfilled by taking care of the diverse array of gardens in greater Vancouver. I quickly fell in love with gardening and started Wetcoast Landscapes as a way to also provide me the ability to work towards a university degree. I am passionate about plant health and maintenance and am excited to immerse myself into new gardens as often as possible. Wetcoast Landscapes is dedicated to solving any problems you may have in your garden!

We specialize in landscape maintenance which includes but is not limited to hedge trimming, tree pruning, garden bed maintenance, topsoil and mulch applications, weed control, lawn cutting and maintenance, spring and fall cleanups, snow removal, deck cleaning, pressure washing, garden bed construction, etc. As well as anything else you may need in or around your home, just ask us.

Tim is a graduate of environmental science at SFU with an interest in natural landscapes. He started Wetcoast Landscapes in 2013 and is the sole operator alongside his friendly dog Florence. He is able to solve any problems one might have in their garden as well as providing exceptional maintenance to all aspects of your property.
