Watershed Kitchen & Bar was founded as an extension of Watershed Distillery in order to help tell our story and the story of the partners, colleagues and friends who have rallied around our mission to inspire change in our community. As an extension of Watershed Distillery, we take our work seriously, but not ourselves. Food is how we live and how we grew up; it is a way of finding common ground. Watershed Kitchen & Bar is a place to gather with family and friends, to laugh, to raise a glass and to celebrate the path we all share.

Greg and Dave started Watershed Distillery back in 2010 to make high quality spirits and contribute to the community. When liquor legislation changed in 2016 to allow distilleries to apply for A1A or "Brewpub" licenses, they decided to pursue it in order to create a place to tell the story of Watershed Distillery and allow the community they love to gather. Though they aren't restaurateurs, they have gathered a team of highly talented people around them to make their dream come true.
