About the Business

The owners of Washington Water Heaters started the company in 2002 after working for a competitor for many years. We realized that one thing was missing with the other company: Personalized Service. As owner/operators, we were able to build a customer base by staying in the field ourselves. This allowed us to build relationships with our customers directly. Even today, when you call in after hours, owners take the calls, and will oftentimes be the one who comes to do the work at your home or business. As we have grown, we brought on more staff, and trained them with our Personalized Service mentality. At Washington Water Heaters, we strive to treat our staff like family. This empowers and motivates our crew members, and helps to keep the service to our customers personalized.

We do Installs, Sales, & Service of Water Heaters, Ductless Heating & Cooling, Tankless Water Heaters, Boilers, & Furnaces, and we offer Duct Cleaning in a limited area. Our Service area is from Mt Vernon to Tacoma to Snoqualmie and all in between. Call us to get you back up and running in no time so that you can get back to doing the things you enjoy. The three owners of Washington Water Heaters, Steve Skeen, Tom Hagar and Steve Hyde, have 70+ years of combined experience in the hot water specialty field. Our plumbers are all licensed by the State of Washington and complete continuing education each year as required by the State of Washington. Our plumbers have received factory training for tank and tankless maintenance, and we find that many companies in the Puget Sound region refer their customers to us for service, especially on tankless systems. We can usually get you back into hot water the same day you call. If your current water heater is leaking but you need a little time to investigate your best options for a new system, we can help. We can install a loaner tank for you to use for a week or two. If you need help with any hot water project, tank, tankless, boiler, holding tank, recirculation system, etc, you will not find a more experienced company or more qualified plumbers to work with. TANKLESS is our specialty!
