My Mom had been an executive chef for Thai cuisines for several decades. She paid real attention on every single ingredients, and put her heart on every single of her dishes as well. She always said she was proud of every single dish she cooked because she uses all fine, fresh and clean ingredients to cook for her customers with her unique and special cooking skills. She taught me to cook to customers as we cook for our loved ones who visit our home. That's a part of stories that inspire me to name this restaurant with words 'Home Kitchen', and cook all dishes homemade style.
