Veteran Sushi Chef Charlie C. has been making sushi for over 20 years. Born in Seoul, South Korea Charlie is famous for his fiery sake bombs and fun personality. He formerly owned Dancing Wasabi in Mt. Lookout and Hyde Park. He is thrilled to be back behind the sushi bar making the beautiful and delicious creations he is known for. He was the first to offer Half Price Sushi in the tri-state area and has created some of the most popular sushi rolls currently offered at several local sushi restaurants. Charlie's number one goal is to provide customers with delicious sushi and great service! Charlie enjoys spending time with his two children, watching sports and cooking.
