Victoria Car Wash wants to help you maintain your car's "like new" appearance. We use a state of the art modified Hanna Wash System. This system relies on the use of gentle, neutral pH biodegradable soap, a high volume of recycled water at relatively low pressure, and very gentle friction. The friction is supplied by cloth mitters for the top of your car and specially made soft car wash brushes for the front, sides, and back. We have recently upgraded our wash tunnel with brand-new equipment specially designed to clean & shine your vehicles tires. We are very excited to now offer a Tire Seal service to protect & beautify the rubber of your tires. All this means is that you get a car wash that is second to none. It is designed to wash your new (or like new) vehicle in the best manner possible. It will not mark or harm your finish because of the very gentle nature of the wash process. Occasionally we have unhappy customers when their washing expectations were not met. This is usually the result of our failure to remove some dirt or grime, usually pitch, tar, or paint. In order to remove theses types of soil special attention is needed, involving special solvents and more vigorous friction. We do not use solvents in our gentle wash process because they remove wax and they are not environmentally friendly. If your vehicle has very old bird droppings or bee droppings on it, we may have to wash it a second time to successfully remove them, which we will gladly do free of charge.
