Mischa is a master stylist and educator that has been working within downtown Victoria doing hair for over 20 years. Her most recent work before opening Vibe was being an instructor at the Aveda Institute of Victoria until it closed in July of 2018, Mischa recruited one of her top students of the last graduating class and opened Vibe Salon the very next day.
