Opened in the Fall of 1987 by Frank Russo Jr., Russo's On The Bay has always strived for excellence.

We can accommodate events in one of our five rooms including the restaurant, Wine Bar, Murano Room, Rooftop, and Wine Cellar. The award-winning wine list features more than 415 wines from around the world. The Wine Cellar is a perfect setting for private parties or large groups. The restaurant is open Tuesday - Sunday for dinner, Sunday brunch and late-night drinks in the Wine Bar. The elegantly decorated lounge features live music every Friday night. Should you be out for a beautiful day on your boat and wanting to stop to have a drink or a bite to eat, Vetro's marina is available to you as well.

PJ Connolly, like many others on our team, began his restaurant career as a young man at Russo's On The Bay over 26 years ago.  While studying Accounting in college, PJ worked his way up through the ranks of Russo's On The Bay holding many front of the house positions. Earning an honors degree from the New York Restaurant School in 1994, he quickly found himself amongst the management ranks at Russo's On The Bay.  PJ has continued his education in the hospitality industry earning a Sommeliers' Certificate from the Sommeliers Society of America. For the last 5 years, he has played an integral part in the development & success of Vetro.
