About the Business

At Variety Silk House we are passionate about creating the perfect outfit for our customers. Established in Nairobi, Kenya in 1958, the company was built from up from the ground, providing customers with a fine selection of sarees and fabrics.
In 1972, the family moved to London to Ealing Road, opening a small saree shop to become one of the first in the area. Since then business has grown rapidly as we have established a large and loyal customer base, some of whom have remained with us since our early days in Nairobi. We are now established as one of the oldest, largest and most trusted Indian clothing retailers in London, all the while remaining in the same family.
