George is a pizza fanatic. He physically seeks out the best ingredients, down to harvesting his own olive oil that he imports from Greece for his dishes, and makes his own sauces and dough daily. You have to love pizza to make great pizza. Every pie is a work of art for him, and he takes all feedback and comments to heart. Customers are family, and he makes sure that every dish is excellent. He is in Greece harvesting olive oil every October, and ensure his staff is just as passionate about the food and customers!
