Having worked in the parking industry for over 8 years and working mainly with special events, we noticed that the industry was lacking a professional and hospitable feel that should be an industry standard.

We started Uptown Valet and Transportation to give all clients, guests, and associates exceptional customer service and park a few cars at the same time. This is why our motto is: "A Higher Standard of Service." We believe by instilling this in all attendants and drivers we set ourselves miles apart from the competition.
