About the Business

Once upon a time I was a chef working crazy hours at some of the most luxurious and top-rated hotels across the world. I was young, ambitious, and wanted to pursue my passion in culinary arts and science. Surprisingly, I realized due to commercialization and the increasing demand to cater to larger volumes, the art and science in culinary diminished.
Today, I am a proud dad of two little boys, a happy husband, a blessed son, brother, and a friend. I value a balance, wholesome life filled with peace and contentment. In 2014, I met with an almost fatal accident which changed my perception of life. I must say I've dabbled and tried my luck in various other industries but realized my interests and what drives me the most is my love to create wholesome, delicious, healthy, satisfying food that people will not only consume but also relish.

I have had the opportunity to work and live-in various parts of the world which has given me a variety of experience in understanding world cuisine. I bring with me rich international experience from 5-star hospitality in Canada, India, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates. I have always emphasized on creating innovative dishes, using fresh, seasonal produce, and meeting a wide range of dietary limitations. I have an excellent understanding of recipe modification, nutrient composition, molecular gastronomy along with advanced nutrition skills aimed at preparing specialized foods. During the pandemic I pursued my learnings in nutrition and today, I am a Certified nutritionist (including plant-based nutrition) from Cornell University.
