The genesis of Twin Fish was brought forth into the restaurant industry because of two main reasons: Passion & Blessing. The passion to cook and serve, along with being a blessing to others through our business, just as we have been blessed from God. Our goal for the restaurant is to provide quality in the food served and the service to our valued customers. Nothing is more rewarding than to see our customers walk out satisfied and their taste buds well pampered.

The whole idea behind the name Twin Fish is not because we serve only fish as many have thought so. The meaning of "Twin" is Henry & Anne united with God in running the business and "Fish" being the symbol of Christianity.

Our food is always fresh tasting and nicely flavoured. It appeals to a broad range of tastes and preferences. We use fresh ingredients and produce in all of our preparation - never frozen items. Much of our cooking is done in woks, which prepares food quickly and enhances the flavors of our dishes! You don't need to be an epicurean to appreciate the great taste of well-prepared Thai food.
