I immigrated to Canada 4 years ago with the dream of opening another restaurant/pizzeria. I owned and operated a pizzeria in Tuscany Italy for over 10 years. I studied and obtained masters in pizza and pasta from Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli. Everything is made in house and fresh. I make the dough using an assortment of flours, and allow for rising from 8-18 hours. This allows for the pizza to be thin, light and crispy. In addition to pizza, I make weekly specials including appetizers, soups, salads, and main courses. Come and try a true taste of Tuscany!
