About the Business

I started this business in 2012 while in New York City. I wanted to take care of my clients with standards that were higher than they would receive from run of the mill spas. My approach is health based as opposed to just a luxury. As a result, I take my time with my clients. I ensure that they don't feel like a number but more like a person whose health and well being is of the utmost importance. I moved to Charlotte in 2014 and brought my approach to massage and healthcare with me. My passion for helping my clients feel the best that they can be remains the same.

I am an actor, writer, birth doula and proud licensed massage and bodywork therapist.  I came to massage therapy by way of my acting training at NYU.  After being introduced to Tai Chi and the healing power of touch in undergrad, I realized that I had to include massage therapy in my life.  I attended the Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy after receiving my BFA in drama. I spent the better part of ten years in New York City as an actor and massage therapist, one career complementing the other.  I then furthered my studies after  I realized the joy I felt helping women at one of the most important times in their lives: childbirth.  I became a birth doula.  I have worked in spas, medical offices and have helped women give birth in hospitals.  I look forward to learning even more about massage and using that knowledge to help as many people as I can.
