About the Business

From 1987-1997, Raddon Development began as a developer and builder of residential communities, including The Bluffs at Hidden Valley, Lost Canyon Estate Subdivision, Sunrise Point in Alpine, Utah, & The Boulders at Bell Canyon. In 1991 Raddon Brothers, entered commercial development, utilizing its own funds, began the Hidden Valley Shopping Center, a project anchored by A Fresh Market supermarket in Draper. Next came the Hidden Valley North project with Wendy's, Arby's, Einstein Bagels, & Starbucks as anchors. In 1998 Raddon Brothers Construction broke ground on the development of Treehouse Athletic Club. Located just west of the Hidden Valley North Shopping Center in Draper, Utah. This thirteen million dollar Club was opened on July 1, 1999. More recently Raddon acquired Victory Heighrs and developed his "Crown Jewel" of all Raddon projects. Named Union Heights, it consists of an office towers six-story office tower, Cinemark Theatres & retail shops and restaurants.
