We renovate existing space or create carefully designed additions including single family homes, condominiums, townhomes and light commercial. We will not design something you can't afford to build.

I grew up in Imperial Point, went through elementary, middle and high school here in Fort Lauderdale before attending the University of Florida to obtain my Master's Degree in Architecture.  I am both a Registered Architect and Licensed General Contractor. I write about design and construction for both local and national publications including Fine Home Building.  My family and I are actively involved in the community at both the charitable and professional levels. Cooking, wine and travel are high priorities on my family's list.  Kathy, my wife, and I are avid Sporting Clays Shooters and Sailfishermen, competing in local tournaments as often as possible.  A launch size house on Tangelo Isle, has been home for me, my First Mate, our daughter, Allison and our German Shepherds for over twenty years and most likely will be for the next twenty and beyond.
