About the Business

I started out as '5 to revive' back in 2010 where I supplied my services to both Glasgow offices and clients homes as a Mobile Therapist. From 2012 onwards I have worked in various health clinics, sports centres and gyms offering a reportoir of services to members of the public! 2013 & 2014 were the years I further trained in Pregnancy Massage and Medical Acupuncture. 2015 to date I work from Future Fitness Gym offering an Injury Clinic via Sports and Remedial Massage. In addition, I further incorporate, Kinesiology Taping and Medical Acupuncture providing up to date effective treatment for Acute and Chronic Injury. This is supplemented by Swedish & Aromatherapy Massage which I also provide.

Having trained for 3 years between 2009-2012 in the various fields of practice scoping 'Massage Therapy' It was my love of this therapy that led me to startup as a Sole Trader in 2012. Knowing I could run an injury clinic providing help to those suffering from sports injuries, musculoskeletal pain and postural pain, was of great comfort and satisfaction to me. As someone who was diagnosed with a musculoskeletal condition in the past, I knew that manual and massage therapy was a great form of treatment that hugely benefited me, in many ways.
