Determined to share this love affair with Texas, Gerardo teamed up with his sister Vanessa and best friend Thomas to bring Toro to life.

Our family hails from the picturesque Valle De Ruesga in Santander, Spain, before making our way to Mexico. I grew up between Mexico and Texas, and it was during my visits to Spain that I developed a deep appreciation for its rich traditions, delectable cuisine, and, above all, its exceptional wines! Immersing myself in Spain's culture and flavors, I felt compelled to share this passion with Texas. So, alongside my sister Vanessa and best friend Thomas, we embarked on this exciting journey.
