About the Business

The Tin Angel opened it's doors in the Historic Pioneer Park District of Downtown SLC in 2007. The owners had a vision to bring Jerry's love of great local ingredients, his skills as a chef and his interest in local cuisine to the table in a creative space filled with art. In 2019 Tin Angel took flight and moved to her new gorgeous location inside the Eccles Theater at 131 South Main Street

We are Open for pre show service 2 hours before all shows in the Delta hall of The Eccles Theater. Closed all other times. Warmly hip servers, present exquisitely crafted European fare emphasizing local ingredients at this lovely restaurant inside the Eccles Theater. Jerry has has a long tenure in the SLC dining scene. He has chefed for some of the best restaurants in the city. Over the years his interest in local ingredients has matched his interest in global flavors. When he and his wife saw an opportunity to bring the culinary skills he had mastered to the table in a lovely, Pioneer Era home in Downtown SLC Right across from the Farmer's Market, where he could be as creative as he liked, he quickly found a niche. 12 years later, he is still rocking the kitchen.
