About the Business

I started with holistic massage, whilst I was still working part time as a midwife. I quickly added pregnancy massage, reiki and EFT. Now I specialise in birth trauma and releasing buried emotions from childhood, therefore lifting depression and anxiety. I went full time in Dec 2015.

I love all things complementary. Whilst I was a midwife I was always recommending clary sage and arnica and witch hazel. I got into massage because I had a shoulder injury myself. I had a massage every month for years before I decided to train. Similarly I became a healer because I had a big event in 2011 which affected me deeply. I initially found these techniques in order to heal myself and now love using them to help other people.
