Justin started his beauty industry career at the Aveda Experience Center in Cherry Creek in 1999.  While still working at Aveda he decided to obtain his esthetics license to take his Aveda training a step further.  In 2002 he received his license and began at Three Cutters on Pearl. And now 3 salons later, Justin continues to walk through the door as happy and inspired as his first day.
