About the Business

The White Horse Honky Tonk hosted its first performance on December 9, 2011. Owners Nathan Hill and Denis O'Donnell wanted to create a venue where their friends and most-respected pickers in the Austin honky tonk scene could perform on a nightly basis. It was important to the two of them to create an atmosphere where everyone was welcome and the Texas country scene had a true home. We welcome all hustlers, pickers, dancers, grinners, jokers and tokers seven nights a week.
