The Wax Shack combines the owner's 32 years of experience with the latest methods to renew your love for your car. Yes, we really do use Q-tips! Black finishes are the ultimate challenge in our industry and we specialize in eliminating swirls and scratches from all finishes. If you want that interior to look just like it rolled of the showroom floor, we're the company for you. We will give your car the most thorough cleaning of it's life. Carpets are gently cleaned, fabric and leather upholstery look new again. Your gauges, air vent and radio buttons are q-tipped to complete the new car look. Even your headliner is detailed. We can eliminate pet odors, tobacco odors, and pretty much anything that smells unpleasant. We even eliminated skunk odor from a hunter's truck. Your paint will emerge deep and wet. We mean deeper and wetter than new. Many of our long time regular customers bring in their brand new car to improve and protect the finish with our new car package

We have been in business since 1982 and for 15 years now, his son and daughter have been working by his side to create the happiest customers and best looking cars in Austin- so we are doing our part to Keep Austin Local! The owner has personally detailed enough vehicles that if you lined them up bumper to bumper on I-35, they would stretch all the way from Austin to San Antonio!
