Business Owner

Chef Fred P. (Business Owner)

Chef Fred's culinary influences can be traced back to his childhood. Growing up with German parents meant mealtime was important for his family. When Fred was in Grade 2, his Father took a project in Switzerland so he and his family relocated to a small town called Echichens for a couple of years. Their neighbor was a winery and they were quickly exposed to a European way of life. They did a lot of travelling and experienced many different cuisines.
