Our Nonna (grandmother) Lena was born in 1903 in Santa Ninfa, Sicily and came to American with her grandparents in 1912. She settled in Colorado and passed her love of cooking on to her daughter and grand-daughter. Her recipes​ are shared today on this truck, The Saucee Sicilian.
