About the Business

The Sacred Wholeness was birthed from a deep longing to really address and heal the WHOLE person, not simply focus on the body, the mind, or the nutrition alone. After suffering for years with eating disorders, neuropathy, scoliosis, addiction, and isolation, it became clear to me that my healing path can also help so many other to heal. It is no my mission to spread loving awareness and embodiment to all who seek true healing.

The majority of my adolescence was laden with trauma, abuse, neglect, addiction, and unhealthy relationships. I knew that my suffering was teaching me something, but it wasn't until years later that healing truly came.

Then, meditation and yoga found me, at the same time as I started to really hone in my massage therapy practice. Finding ways to EMBODY myself through integrative practices, touch therapy, nutrition counseling, yoga, meditation, and deep self study. Healing became possible, and it is my mission now to spread what I have learned far and wide.
