I practice Homeopathy, Usui Reiki, traditional foot Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology, and am one of only a few practitioners registered in Norfolk to practice the Reflexology Lymph Drainage technique (for the swelling of primary & secondary Lymphoedema) developed and researched by by Sally Kay. At the Restoration Room I combine experience in the field of natural & holistic health with knowledge and experience of therapies to provide the best treatment for you. Each person, every body, has a healing potential and a capacity for change.  It's the role of the therapist to activate that potential so that the person can heal themselves.  The holistic approach believes that there is no such thing as a disease purely of the mind or of the body.  Mind and body is one person.  Influence one and you influence the other.  Stress one and you stress the other.  ​ To effectively treat a symptom belonging to a single part, we must consider the whole to which the part belongs. Then we heal in the truest sense, and also develop in the process. So when we use holistic treatment, we're looking at the whole person, taking into account mental, emotional and social factors, rather than just the symptoms of the disease.
