About the Business

The Merrill Construction Group was founded in 2010 by Hilson Merrill. Hilson has been in the construction business for eight years. He started as a laborer working for a bigger construction company then made his way as a carpenter then a project manager. With experience from the bottom to the top, he fully understands all aspects of the construction process from planning to completion.

The May flood of 2010 gave the company its start with an influx of work helping others return to their flood damaged homes. Since then, the company has completed a myriad of projects ranging from bath and kitchen remodels to the construction of buildings from footer to finish.
