Chris opened the Liquid Library, with bar manager Jay to promote the spirit of community near the University. With his grandfather, Chris wanted to add to the local spirit with a comfortable hangout offering good food, drink and entertainment. The business has flourished with specials and offers locals and tourists alike a fun Windsor experience. From dance and event nights to calm afternoons with caesars and sangria. Chris, Jay and the staff are always here to join in an amazing time.
