From Burritos and Tacos to the national Mexican dish Chicken Mole` The Headless Mexican creates authentic Mexican cuisine - made with passion and mixed with traditional Mexican hospitality! Our Restaurant has a warm, intimate and fun dining atmosphere, in surroundings that feel like a little piece of Mexico. With its bright and colourful handmade tapestries, woven blankets, adobe booths, subtle Mexican music and rainbow of lights, the feeling is very 'Mexican Hacienda'. The basis for the restaurant evolved from 12 years of having Mexican food on the menu at Sumner icon Club Bazaar, with many former chefs from South America. All of the food at our restaurant is created from scratch, with fresh produce selected personally from the market to make it as authentic as possible. One thing we are sure of is that everyone has different taste buds, so there is a variety of flavours, with plenty of vegetarian and gluten-free options - you just need to ask a friendly staff member. If things do get a bit spicy, the restaurant is fully licensed, and the beautiful Margarita Lounge is just next to the dining area so customers can choose a beverage to cool their taste buds, or perhaps indulge in some of the speciality Tequilas. The flavours and friendly staff are what keep customers coming back to our restaurant, and so our aim is for people to go away with memories of an enjoyable night with great tasting food!
