17 Years ago, I stepped into a service van right out of high school. I had the honor to go out and open my own business back in 2017 called The Rooter Works plumbing and Drains in Central Ohio. It was a wild ride in 4 short years from going from 2 plumbers in one truck to 62 team members and becoming one of the larger repair businesses in Central Ohio. We got to that size by holding true to two things.
